For a long time I've needed a flash drive real bad. For financial reasons, or having the need to buy other things first, I just hadn't gotten around to getting one for myself. Flash drives are an extremely convenient way of transferring files from one computer to another. Back in the day I had to rely solely on dvds and cds for all my rippping needs. Even when the files were just a few feet away on my roommate's computer, without a flash drive it made tranferring files a chore.
Those days are now over, thanks to a thoughtful sister who managed a great feat: she bought me a b-day gift that I both wanted and needed at the same time. Thanks Aubrey!
